How to compete with giants
How can you compete with starbucks? how can you compete with mcdonalds?
Have you seen how the big companies has been focusing on great seats and to put relaxing room around you while you are eating?
This is the secret people do not come only for a great bite but also for the seats!
And a small niche can be that people can get a small bite and go away fast for the people with big haste this is a great option but for the relaxing people without haste that goes to mcdonalds and starbucks need to have relaxing options .
They want to relax and have a great room around them to represent a great service .
In order to compete with one of these giants we need to be creative some coffee shops are getting more artistic with coffee art.
those people attract more and more people to compete with the giant .
So when you are competing against them be creative and smart have a great service and many products give your clients the ability to order things they want or need .
Let them charge their laptops or phones if you are attracting these people buy some adapters if they forgot theirs. Or put in a television with a relaxing channel or news .
And if you are attracting wall street people be sure to have the ability to watch their stocks on a small lcd screen or something like that.
In business everything is possible just remember you don't need to focus on earning money but instead think what your clients need and your business will take care of your wallet.

Stress at work
Stress at work is as common as a Chinese restaurant in your neighborhood (i know this sounded very racist hahahah ) anyway when you are working very hard at work your boss don't appreciate your work and when you are working more and more hours which most of those hours he doesn't pay you .
This is a very common mistake that most businesses do to be honest my dad works like 50 hours a week which 10 of those hours he doesn't get paid!
I'm really sure he doesn't like his work makes me very sad to see that such companies exist .
And when they ask him to help them out with new projects he is int very happy to say yes .
When you are a company leader please take care of your employees or else somebody else will!!
Its the same as your wife if you don't take care of your wife and family somebody else will.
Create a amazing environment for your employees and you will be rewarded with great idea's motivation and very helpful employees .
Threat your employees like they are your family dont stress them too much reward them with just saying thanks and instead of letting them take coffee for you you bring coffee for them.
And they will respect you as a great leader that takes care of them .
You take care of the company and the company will take care of you.
Did you know that google for example takes great care of their employees and they reward google with great ideas such as gmail , drive etc. they just invested a small amount of their money to make a great office playground for them and they make millions for google.
Every great programmer wants to work for google .
Because they are really great with their employees they constantly improve their workplace and to make it stress free .
So take care of the stress at work , of course when you are someone that works with stress and you are no business leader just let your boss know that its lowering down his business to abuse his employees.

19. Apple (Electronics)
20. General motors (Automotive)
As you can see biggest companies in the world all involve oil and gas some include electronics and commodities However many people think this will change pretty soon since oil prices are very likely to rise instead of drop . So this list either needs to invest into energy or fail during the next generation.
They killed every other competitors with their destructive way of business .
Is it time for new companies or will these giants live on ?
Let's see what will happen , apple also came to this list pretty short.
And i personally think more and more energy companies will rise to this list however i could be wrong since these companies have a very big power over companies and people .
I personally hope we keep this planet alive and not dead we really need to reduce oil use.
